Lowther Hall is a school for girls from Kindergarten to Year 12. The present enrolment is around 800, ensuring a family size atmosphere which allows for both intimacy and individual attention.

The student body is arranged in four sections, the Child Development Centre for Kindergarten, Raymond House for Years Preparatory to 6, Sampford House for Years 7 to 10 and Grant House for Years 11 and 12.

The school has its main campus at Leslie Road, Essendon where all students are based in comfortable and spacious surroundings. At Overnewton Road, Keilor is the 13 hectare sports and leisure campus.
